ADMISSION 

All tickets must be purchased online through Eventbrite. We will not be selling ticket at the door.  

Doors will open for Spectators at 12:30 PM

Ticket Prices:

• Adult Ticket- $20 + Taxes and Eventbrite fee
• Children 6 - 11- $7.50 + Taxes and Eventbrite fee
• Children 5 and Under- Free

ATHLETE MEET SPOT/ ENTRANCE

ATHLETES MUST BE 100% READY AT THE MEET TIME!!!  

All athletes should enter South Oldham High School through the entrance at Door #8 (Shown on the map below).  They will meet their team parent and/or coaches to head into the gym. DURING SHOWCASE PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE WARM-UP AREA OF THE SCHOOL.  During competitions, adults (coaches, participants and event staff) are only allowed backstage if they are registered with the event producer, have completed the USASF certifications and have cleared their NCIS background screening.  

SPECTATOR ENTRANCE AND EXIT

We ask that the spectators enter and exit through the main entrance of South Oldham High School.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

• We kindly ask that you put your phones down and encourage and cheer on our athletes during their 1st performance of the season. 
  • Coaches will assign one parent to record routines and post to the team.
• Athletes will not be allowed in the Warm Up area without being with their team for their schedule warm up time.
  • We love that our athletes like to go backstage to support their friends; but to enhance athlete safety, we will no longer allow additional athletes backstage. 
  • Please help us in ensure that our athletes are not in the warm up area unless its their assigned time.
