Team Moms - Safety Champions 

• Each Team Mom is their teams' Safety Champion 
• They are responsible for organizing fans enter each venue

PRACTICE

Location

• Teams will be Practicing at ESPN Wide World of Sports or Coronado Springs
  • Athletes will need their lanyard and ticket to get in
  • Coaches will post what time they will meet each team.
  • Transportation not provided to practice
• Wednesday May 1, 2024 - ESPN Wide World of Sports
  • Athletes need to meet coaches at the entrance of ESPN Wide World of Sports fully dressed and ready to go.
    • Head coaches will post in team bands what time to meet.
  • Coaches will hand out Commuter lanyards and ESPN Tickets.
  • Teams will take the warm up floor at the following times: 
    • Slam - 6:40 PM 
    • Boom! - 6:20 PM 
    • Blackout - 7:00 PM
  • Athletes will be released by coaches following the completion of their practice
• Friday May 3, 2024 - Coronado Springs
  • Athletes need to meet coaches at the Coronado Springs fully dressed and ready to go.
    • Head coaches will post in team bands what time to meet.
  • Coaches will hand out Commuter lanyards and ESPN Tickets
  • Teams will take the warm up floor at the following times: 
    • Smoke - 7:00 PM
    • Knockout - 7:20 PM
    • 5mack - 7:40 PM
    • Superstars - 6:40 PM
  • Athletes will be released by coaches following the completion of their practice.

ATHLETE MEET SPOT/ ENTRANCE

ATHLETES MUST BE 100% READY AT THE MEET TIME!!!  

We will meet athletes by the globe inside ESPN Wide World of Sports.  Athletes CANNOT be late for the meet time.  The place we are meeting at ESPN is a walk to the building where we compete.  If the team gets separated it is very difficult to find each other in this situation.  We ask that parents plan to arrive 20 minutes early to allow for traffic on the way to the venue.  Anyone arriving early can remain in their air conditioned cars as we know it is going to be hot.  

EVENT CONCESSIONS & MERCHANDISE 

• Concessions will be available inside competition venues
• No outside food or drink will be allowed in the venue.
  • Exception: Athlete water bottles.
• Food Trucks will be available outside of ESPN and at the Family Zone.
• 

REVEALS ADVANCEMENT AND AWARDS

• Reveals
  • All Reveals will take place at the Baseball Stadium
• Awards
  
  • Awards will be LIVE
  • Participants will receive a Summit commemorative bag and participation medal after their 1st round of competition
    • Crossovers will only receive ONE bag and medal.
  • All teams will receive a Summit qualifying banner.
  • All teams advancing to Finals will receive a finalist banner.
  • 2nd and 3rd in their division will also be awarded a team banner and individual athlete banners.
  • Summit Champions will receive a Summit Champion banner, individual athlete banner and sized for 2022 Summit Championship rings.
