Evaluations by Age
What to Wear:
Athletes MUST wear the tee shirt they were given at registration, along with black athletic shorts and appropriate shoes. All female athletes must have their hair pulled up neatly and out of their face. A ponytail or half up/ half down is acceptable.
Schedule:
Ages 3-5: Tuesdays 6pm-7pm
Ages 6-8: Mondays & Tuesdays 6-7:30pm
Ages 9-11: Wednesdays & Thursdays 6-7:30pm
Ages 12-14: Mondays & Tuesdays 7:30-9pm
Ages 15-19: Wednesdays & Thursdays 7:30-9pm

Group Evaluations
After we are finished evaluating athletes in their age groups, we will separate them by skill level and continue evaluations for another week before announcing teams. These groups are NOT TEAMS and will not determine where your athlete will be placed. Emails will be sent out on Friday, May 3rd letting you know which group we’ve placed your athlete in for their final evaluation.

Team placement announcements will be posted with information regarding team practice times in the member’s only area of our website: www.GymTymeAllStars.com.
To access the member’s area of the website you must register and create your own username and password: On the left of our main page you’ll find the “Member’s Area”. Click on the link titled “register”. You will need to get the registration password from the front desk. Fill in the blanks and click complete registration. Each member must be approved by the gym to receive access into the Member Area. You will receive an email granting your access into the site.
